Role: Full-time RN Supervisor on the Cardiac Telemetry unit, overseeing nursing staff and unit operations during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care, including assessment and cardiac telemetry monitoring.
- Develop care plans and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, personalized care and positive outcomes.
- Maintain clinical standards, support staff development, and foster a respectful, collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license required.
- Experience in cardiac telemetry and supervision preferred.
- Relevant certifications include BLS and ACLS.
