Cardiac/Telemetry Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.

Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet operational goals.

Ensure patient care aligns with planned interventions, documenting according to policy.

Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatment.

Oversee staff productivity, perform payroll updates, manage staffing needs, and handle performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

Support department operational goals and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications:
– Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, 2-5 years experience, no supervisory experience required.
– Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5-10 years experience, less than 2 years supervisory experience.
