Role Overview:
We are seeking a Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a 15-bed ICU dedicated to cardiology patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in quality and regulatory activities.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• RN license required; ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates accepted.
• Preferred: Critical Care or Cardiac experience.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness.
