Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Administers nursing care, assesses patient needs, and collaborates with healthcare team members. Evaluates the quality of care provided by others and ensures compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Must hold and maintain a current RN license in Missouri or equivalent. Prior hospital experience preferred. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and mobility tasks.
Skills & Preferences: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. BSN and additional certifications are preferred. Experience in specialized clinical settings is advantageous.
