Role: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, participates in professional development, and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must hold RN license. No prior experience required; two years of experience and supervisory experience are preferred.
