Role Overview:
This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager overseeing an Outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab facility. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring departmental efficiency. The individual will hire, train, evaluate staff, and support professional development. Responsibilities include developing staffing plans, managing budgets, overseeing patient interventions, and ensuring compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- RN Licensure
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years
- Experience in Telemetry Monitoring
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
