Seeking Board Certified Radiologists for on-site support at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology care to veterans, including specialties such as Abdominal/GU, Breast Imaging, Cardiovascular, General Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal, and Neuroradiology.
Requirements include active U.S. medical license, BLS & ACLS certifications, and ongoing ABR board certification. Strong proficiency in diagnostic imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine) and English communication skills are essential. Primary duties (95%) involve performing and interpreting imaging, consultations, and follow-ups; administrative tasks (5%) include quality improvement activities and peer reviews. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call coverage evenings and weekends, requiring availability by phone within 15 minutes and onsite within 60 minutes.
