Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks for documentation and billing.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA and infection control standards.

Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of NP experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and an APRN license.
