Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks.

Coordinate referrals to specialists in cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease, behavioral health, and more.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.

Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow infection control best practices.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience, APRN certification, and proficiency with electronic health records.

This full-time role offers a salary starting at $115,000, with benefits like health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off. The position requires in-person work.
