We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and diagnostics. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing. Coordinate referrals to specialists in areas such as cardiology, ophthalmology, and behavioral health. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics. Work in a dynamic clinical environment with advanced clinical skills, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, APRN licensure, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
