- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans tailored to older adults.
- Provide individual therapy and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams to support patient care and outcomes.
- Deliver on-site and telehealth services.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic health record (EHR).
