Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to obtain a health license. Ability to work full-time onsite, travel as needed, and reside near the specified locations. Preferred: healthcare industry experience.
