We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice, focusing on design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients.
Responsibilities include
analyzing, designing, and optimizing benefit plans serving as project manager and client liaison maintaining client relationships and technical expertise leading risk management, compliance, and budgeting activities building and deepening client relationships by presenting technical recommendations contributing to market and business development efforts For Senior Managers, additional duties involve
leading complex benefit plan projects and managing service teams mentoring junior staff playing a key role in client engagement and project delivery Qualifications include
a minimum of five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) experience in employer benefit strategies bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA, or other recognized designations experience leading large client engagements, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects willingness to travel up to 15% Ideal candidates possess deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers, with consulting experience and expertise in benefits administration technology. They should demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills to effectively serve clients and mentor team members.
