We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical programs and patient care at a Crisis Stabilization Center. This full-time, day-shift role involves coordinating a compassionate team, ensuring safety, and managing daily operations of behavioral health units. The position requires exercising independent judgment on clinical and operational issues, contributing to strategic planning, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization.
Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire
- At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health or social services
- Minimum of 3 years in management or supervision
