Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking experienced Senior Mental Health Counselors with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of standards of practice and quality services.
  • Serving as a resource for clinicians, offering consultation, education, and mentorship.
  • Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs.
  • Engaging in client, family, peer, and community education.
  • Maintaining current knowledge through ongoing professional development.
  • Qualifications and skills required:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant health-related field.
  • Alaska clinical licenses such as Licensed Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor upon hire.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Advanced clinical skills and the ability to mentor others.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
