Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – Live Well Homecare

We seek a full-time BCBA – Behavioral Analyst to develop and implement behavioral plans, provide therapy, and support participants with complex injuries and challenges.

Perform behavioral therapy, focusing on daily living skills, behavior management, and social skills.

Collaborate with teams, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective treatment and progress reports.

Train staff and supervise interns, ensuring adherence to ethical and accreditation standards.

Participate in treatment planning, research projects, and community-based programming.

Travel as needed and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements include a Master’s in psychology or related field, one year of experience with special populations, and preferred BCBA certification.
The role involves light physical work and requires a commitment to high-quality, mission-driven services for individuals with diverse needs.
