Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Manager to lead ABA services within a Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical programming for children and young adults with autism.
- Supervise and support behavior technicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Manage client caseloads, including planning and implementation of behavior plans.
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust treatment programs as needed.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and outcomes.
- Ensure documentation and clinical standards are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills
