Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Overview: Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality clinical care and support to patients in their homes
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve patient-centered outcomes
- Participate in paid training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
- Maintain compliance with licensing, CPR, TB testing, and other health requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of nursing experience preferred but not required
