Position: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with trach/vent needs.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, with transfer of compact licenses if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
