Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs, including trach/vent support
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients’ homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification and TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation required
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
