Role: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate homecare for children with low acuity needs, including G-tube management, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and working collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality nursing care.
Key Duties: Administer treatments, maintain electronic documentation via tablets, support patient comfort, and adhere to safety and health protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification (training assistance available)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
