Role Overview: The Sales & Service Advisor serves as the primary contact for customers, assisting with vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers courteously, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately document service needs. Promote and recommend suitable services, parts, and accessories, providing clear quotes and updates. Conduct follow-up calls post-repair to ensure satisfaction, track returns and warranty parts, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, with preferred prior experience as a Service Advisor. Must possess a valid driver’s license, professional appearance, and ability to work at least five days including Saturday. Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
