Associate Training Director, Behavioral Health

Seeking a full-time Associate Training Director to oversee clinical supervision and develop a Spanish-language behavioral health training program. Responsibilities include supervising Spanish-speaking trainees, providing direct assessment and treatment, and ensuring culturally-sensitive, ethical services.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work or MFT, licensed in CA (LCSW or LMFT), with 5+ years clinical experience

3+ years of training and supervision experience

Fluent in Spanish and English, culturally competent in serving Spanish-speaking/Latinx populations

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
