Under supervision, the Associate Training Director provides clinical oversight and supervision to Spanish-speaking trainees and licensed therapists, develops culturally-sensitive Spanish-language training programs, and ensures clinical and ethical standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload as a Psychiatric Social Worker, supervising and training approximately six trainees, managing training program operations, conducting performance reviews, and supporting staff development.
Qualifications require a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, California licensure (LCSW or LMFT), 5+ years of clinical experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Experience in culturally-sensitive care, supervision, and community-based mental health services is preferred.
