Associate Training Director, Behavioral Health

Seeking a full-time Associate Training Director to oversee clinical supervision and develop Spanish-language behavioral health training programs.

Responsibilities include supervising bilingual trainees, ensuring ethical and compliant services, providing direct assessment and treatment, and managing day-to-day operations of mental health services.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work or MFT, licensed in California (LCSW or LMFT)

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of supervision experience

Native Spanish proficiency and experience serving Spanish-speaking/Latinx populations

Strong cultural sensitivity, communication skills, and ability to develop culturally-responsive training

Ability to work in Petaluma, CA, with reliable transportation
