Full-time position providing clinical oversight and supervision for Spanish-speaking behavioral health trainees and staff, including development of culturally-sensitive training programs.
Supervise and support approximately 6 trainees and counselors, ensuring ethical, clinical, and organizational standards are met.
Maintain a clinical caseload as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Develop and implement Spanish-language training modules, and oversee day-to-day mental health services delivered by trainees.
Recruit, evaluate, and support clinical trainees and interns annually.
Provide direct assessment and treatment to youth and families as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, 5+ years of clinical experience, 3+ years of supervision, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Requires valid California license, background checks, and ability to work in person in Petaluma, CA.
