Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff by hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Develop and oversee departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Coordinate patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, documenting according to policy.
- Create collaborative care plans and ensure their implementation.
- Review staff hours, manage payroll, and handle staffing adjustments, overtime, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor staff productivity and support departmental operational goals, conducting performance evaluations and making improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: RN license; Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years for minimum role; 5-10 years for preferred role, with supervisory experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
