Role Overview:

Key Duties:
- Manage and evaluate staff performance, conduct professional development, and handle staffing needs, overtime, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure quality patient care tailored to patients’ age and developmental requirements, adhering to policies and documentation standards.
- Participate in budget development and respond to business changes affecting financial goals.
- Oversee staff productivity, prepare payroll, and coordinate staff communications and meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years for basic role; 5-10 years with supervisory experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: RN license required.
- Leadership skills, ability to manage personnel, and knowledge of healthcare operations are essential.
