Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years for minimum role, 5-10 years for preferred, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills in personnel management, patient care, and operational oversight.
