Assistant Nurse Manager (Operating Room)
Supports safe, efficient surgical care by supervising and mentoring Operating Room nursing staff. Manages daily staffing and patient flow in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and relevant support teams. Promotes high standards of quality, patient safety, and infection control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and ensure effective OR nursing performance
- Coordinate day-to-day staffing and patient flow to optimize surgical services
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Uphold quality, safety, and infection prevention standards
- Support staff education, training, and onboarding
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical processes and unit practices
Qualifications & Skills
