Role Overview:
This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in the Operating Room responsible for
coordinating patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and statistical tracking.
The role involves managing staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
The manager oversees departmental staffing, budgeting, and operational goals, ensuring efficient patient care
aligned with medical interventions and patient needs.
The role also includes assigning nursing duties, managing staff productivity, and supporting staff scheduling, payroll, and communication.
Qualifications: Requires an RN license, a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, with
2-5 years of experience, and supervisor experience preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and
5-10 years of experience, including supervisory roles, are desirable.
Skills & Responsibilities: Leadership in staff management, budget adherence, patient care
