Role Overview:
Coordinates patient care, manages personnel, maintains equipment, and oversees statistical data.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff.
- Participating in staffing, revenue, and expense budget development, ensuring operational goals are met.
- Providing and supervising patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, documenting interventions per policy.
- Creating collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and medical treatments.
- Managing staff productivity, conducting performance evaluations, approving payroll, and handling staff communication and discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license required.
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years minimum, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional preferred qualifications include leadership experience and a BSN degree. The role offers full-time benefits and requires on-call rotations for weekends and holidays.
