Role Overview:
Coordinates patient care, manages personnel, maintains equipment, and oversees statistical data collection in a healthcare setting.
- Supervises staff by hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
- Develops and manages departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring operational goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
- RN licensure is mandatory.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience; supervisor experience preferred.
- Leadership skills, staff management, and budget oversight abilities are essential.
