Assistant Nurse Manager – Inpatient Surgical

Role Overview: This leadership position involves overseeing patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and statistical tracking within a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to operational objectives.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required: Nursing diploma/associate’s degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
