Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree with RN licensure. 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience are preferred for advanced roles. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
