Role Overview:
Coordinate patient care, oversee personnel management, maintain equipment, and track departmental statistics in a specialized endoscopy setting.
Lead staffing activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with patient care protocols tailored to different age groups and document interventions accurately.
Participate in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to support departmental efficiency.
Manage staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and implement professional development plans.
Handle payroll, staffing adjustments, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, RN license required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Leadership skills, staff management, and knowledge of clinical procedures in endoscopy.
