Responsibilities:
- Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Ensure departmental productivity and support operational goals.
- Develop and monitor staffing, revenue, and expense budgets.
- Provide and oversee patient care, ensuring interventions meet age and developmental needs.
- Coordinate staffing needs, approve payroll, and manage staff communication and meetings.
- Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary actions, and facilitate staff development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Active RN license required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience with supervisory roles preferred.
