Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily unit operations to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Support staffing and scheduling to maintain effective coverage and unit performance.
- Mentor, coach, and guide nursing staff; assist with onboarding.
- Provide performance feedback and support professional development.
- Partner with the Nurse Manager on quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nurse background with strong clinical and leadership capability.
- Experience supporting unit operations, staff development, and quality improvement.
