Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Department

This full-time evening position offers flexible start times, a sign-on bonus, and benefits starting after the first month.

Preferred qualifications include a BSN and emergency department experience. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.

Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Assist with staffing, budgeting, and ensuring departmental productivity aligns with organizational goals.

Provide and document patient care tailored to patient needs.

Develop and implement care plans, oversee staff schedules, and handle payroll and communication.

Minimum requirements: RN license, Nursing diploma/Associate’s degree, 2-5 years of experience, or higher education and experience preferred.
