Role: Assistant Director of Care, LPN
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing services, oversee clinical staff, manage staffing levels, assist with daily nursing functions, ensure quality of care, train staff, collaborate on care plans and assessments, participate in care conferences, address departmental deficiencies, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the on-call rotation with the Director of Care.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid nursing license, strong customer service skills, previous nursing experience in assisted living preferred, supervisory experience desired, excellent communication skills, ability to make complex decisions, knowledge of assisted living regulations, dependable, compassionate, flexible, and able to respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.
Key Duties: Manage quality assurance, ensure proper staffing, oversee medication cart, support staff training, participate in audits, and perform related duties to maintain high standards of resident care.
