Role Summary: Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for ambulatory orthopedic services. Coordinate nursing operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop nursing staff, supporting performance improvement and professional growth.
- Monitor and enhance quality, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Support budget and operational management efforts for the ambulatory orthopedic program.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate patient care processes across disciplines to deliver consistent care delivery.
