We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Wound Care & Primary Care role in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients’ wounds to create treatment plans
- Develop and implement wound care protocols
- Provide direct patient care including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Document assessments and treatments accurately in medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid ARNP license in Oregon
- At least 1 year of wound care or related experience
- Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and products
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Details:
- Full-time position with competitive salary ($135,000–$155,000/year)
