We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon as a Wound Care & Primary Care Provider.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients’ wounds to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement wound care protocols
- Provide direct patient care, including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Document assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately
Qualifications:
- Valid ARNP license in Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of wound care or related experience
- Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and products
- Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Details:
- Full-time position with a salary range of $135,000 – $155,000/year
