Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Wound Care & Primary Care in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon.
- Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with wounds.
- Provide direct care including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
- Document all assessments and interventions accurately.
Requirements include an active Oregon ARNP license, at least 1 year of wound care experience, strong knowledge of wound management, and excellent communication skills.
