Role: Anesthesiologist providing locum tenens coverage.
Responsibilities: Perform anesthesia procedures mainly for adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases. Manage patient care during surgeries, including call duties, night, and weekend coverage. Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation.
Qualifications: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, with BLS and ACLS certifications. Must hold a license or be eligible for IMLC licensure in Maine.
Key Duties: Provide anesthesia services, handle emergent situations, and ensure patient safety throughout perioperative care. Be available for scheduled call and on-call duties.
Skills: Strong clinical expertise in anesthesia, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a hospital setting.
