Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture of clinician autonomy.
Work at:
- Temecula Valley Hospital: 140-bed tertiary center with ORs, cardiac and orthopaedic programs, and high GI volume.
- Rancho Springs Hospital: Community center with L&D, women’s health, urology, general surgery, and robotic programs.
- Inland Valley Hospital: New tower opening in 2026, Level II trauma, multiple ORs, neuro and orthopaedic services.
The group covers a broad range of subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, and vascular, providing opportunities for focused or broad practice.
Enjoy living in Temecula, just 45 minutes from San Diego and 90 minutes from LA, with outdoor recreation, excellent schools, affordable housing, and wine country. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time hours.
Candidate requirements include MD or DO, completed ACGME residency, board certification or eligibility, California license, and interest in team-based care. Fellowship training is a plus.
