Seeking a full-time General Anesthesiologist in Gastonia, NC, for a 2-year partnership or daytime role. The position involves providing anesthesia at two hospitals, supervising nurse anesthetists, and managing a diverse caseload, including cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, pediatrics, GI, and general surgery cases. The role requires performing patient evaluations, administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, and post-operative care. Candidates must have an MD/DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, at least 3 years of high-acuity experience, and strong regional skills. The schedule offers Monday–Friday hours with no nights or weekend calls, sharing call duties equally among colleagues (about 2-3 shifts/month).
