Seeking a full-time General Anesthesiologist in Gastonia, NC, for a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or frequent call shifts. The role involves providing anesthesia at two hospitals, performing diverse cases including cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, pediatrics, GI, endoscopy, and general surgery, with optional cardiac procedures like CABG, valves, TAVRs, and LVADs. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, administering anesthesia, supervising nurse anesthetists, and monitoring post-op recovery. Requires MD/DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, NC license, and 3+ years of high-acuity experience. Must have strong communication skills, commitment to safety, and regional anesthesia expertise. Supervisory duties include mentoring residents and fellows.
