Ambulatory Surgery RN

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Utilizes critical nursing skills to deliver comprehensive care in a safety-sensitive environment.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Licensure: RN license
  • Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
  • Additional skills: Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and cultural competence
