We are hiring a full-time Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP)—PA-C or APRN—to join our collaborative primary care team in Idaho.
Practice in a team of two providers, ensuring shared patient care and smooth onboarding. Provide evidence-based, patient-centered primary care across all ages. Maintain a balanced schedule with four clinic days and 32 direct patient hours weekly. Collaborate closely with colleagues, support continuity of care, and engage in ongoing learning.
